Details
- Check-in Time: After 4 PM
- Check-out Time: Before 11 AM
- Parking: Guests can park in the driveway or designated visitor spots. Street parking is also available, but cars must be moved every day.
- Entry: Self-check-in with a smart lock. You will receive your unique access code in your Airbnb messages the day before arrival.

Enjoy all the essentials for a relaxing stay:
- WiFi: The network is ‘Coast + Canopy’ and the password is ‘enjoyyourstay’. This information is also available in the Airbnb arrival guide
- Smart lock access – Easy self-check-in; your code will be sent in your Airbnb messages the day before arrival
- Outdoor patio: String lights & seating for enjoying Charleston evenings
- In the kitchen, you’ll find a coffee bar with a Nespresso machine and pods.
- Complimentary Snack + Drink Bar:
- Kitchen: Coffee bar with a Nespresso machine + pods.
- Living Room: Drink/snack bar with teas, cozy drinks, + snacks – feel free to help yourself to anything provided!

Rules
- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM
- No smoking anywhere on the property, including inside, on the patio, or in the backyard
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events
- No unregistered guests beyond your booking
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms – Please enjoy meals in the dining room, living room, or patio.
- Trash: Please dispose of all garbage in the designated trash can.
- Lights & Appliances: Switch off all lights + electrical appliances when leaving the property.

Instructions
- Dishwasher: Ensure the door is pushed hard to start the cycle. Pods are available under the sink.
- Stove: In need of repair. Until fixed, please use only the left side of the stove. This is a minor repair that has been scheduled and will take place after your stay.
- Washer + Dryer: Laundry pods, dryer sheets, and OxyClean are available in the laundry area. A steamer and iron are also provided in the laundry area
Streaming
Services
As this is my personal residence, all streaming services (Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, Prime, etc.) are logged in. Feel free to use the guest accounts.
Coast and Canopy was everything we hoped for and more. The interiors were stunning, the patio was the perfect spot to unwind, and the location made exploring Charleston so easy. We can’t wait to come back.

Uber + Lyft: Reliable but may have limited availability early in the morning or late at night. Pre-booking is recommended for those times.

- Lowe’s Foods – Farther past Publix on Clements Ferry.

Check Out
Instructions
- Beds: Leave as they are.
- Dishes: Load + start the dishwasher.
- Trash: Take all trash to the green trash can next to the air conditioner unit in the backyard.
- Towels: Place all used towels on the floor of the bathroom.

- Security System: Alerts when doors are opened. No need to adjust; it does not lock automatically.
- AC/Heat: Controlled by the unit at the top of the stairs.
